Damaged Product Exchange

We only provide exchanges for products damaged during delivery. If you receive a damaged item, kindly contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged product along with your order details, and we’ll arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges; however, customers are responsible for returning the product at their own expense. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the exchange item. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
