Return & Exchange Policy – Lary Klean

Returns

  • Returns can be requested within 4 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • A return shipping fee of ₹150–₹300 will be deducted from the refund amount depending on the product, location, and courier charges.

    • The deduction covers both forward and return shipping costs.

    • Refunds will be processed after the product passes the quality check.

    Exchanges

    • Exchanges are available for size issues or eligible product replacements within 4 days of delivery.

    • Customers are required to pay the exchange shipping charges.

    • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

    • Products must be unused and returned in original condition with tags intact.

    Non-Returnable Conditions

    Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

    • The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered.

    • Tags or original packaging are missing.

    • The request is made after the allowed return/exchange period.

    Important Notes

    • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

    • Items purchased during special sales or clearance drops may not be eligible for return.

    • Orders cancelled during shipment or refused at delivery may incur shipping deductions.
